We are involved in a variety of services related to corporate governance issues as insurance companies continue to evaluate and implement best practices derived from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of  2002. We have provided numerous training sessions on the topic and our services will continue to evolve as the NAIC considers the degree of applicability to the insurance industry.
