Administrative Assistant


  • Processing of Microsoft Word and Excel documents
  • General administrative tasks (answer phones, handle mail, office supply management, scanning, copying
  • Office errands as necessary
  • Facilities support


  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and consistent with a keen sense of accuracy
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Dependable with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as proofreading skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to pass a grammar and proofreading test
  • A bachelors’ or associate degree, preferably in business/office administration or equivalent work experience, is preferred
