Work / Life Balance

We believe in providing our staff with the tools to maintain a good work/life balance.  We take a unique approach to our work schedule.  Since our winters are busy (January -- April), we work only four days a week (Monday - Thursday) during June, July, and August.  We believe in providing flexibility and also have several part-time people working alternate schedules.  We also provide a generous PTO bank that's available, in its entirety, on the first day of employment -- no earning a pro-rated amount each month.  We also offer paid holidays, that include one day that is designated by the employees each year.
